Located next to the historic town of Nin, 20 km to Zadar, if you want peace and quiet, we are here. You have two minutes by car to the sea, within the accommodation you have a shop, post office, bakery, pharmacy and an ambulance nearby. By the sea you have restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea, the historic town of Nin and other places. The coast is long and the beaches are diverse and enchanting coves where the sea is beautiful and clean. In the yard you have parking and a barbecue.

There is also similar beach Kukinca and a sand beach that it is great for kids and families, both 5-minute drive away. Along with regular one by the coast in other part of the village - Vrsi Mulo, with bars and restaurants on the waterfront. House is ideal for families or groups of friends.
