Welcome to my superb duplex apartment in the heart of the 11th arrondissement. The apartment is located in a luxury residence called "Le Patio des Artistes". Open the first door and you'll find yourself in a beautiful courtyard with a green wall, a real haven of peace in the middle of this lively district. This large 95m2 3-room former artist's studio can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
