Issoire is very well located if you want to visit the region (30 min from the ski resort and at the gates of the volcanoes...) House is in the city center, close to all shops. You will find in the house everything what you need for everyday life. On the 1st floor - an equipped kitchen opened to living room, toilet. On the 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 2 single beds) and bathroom. On the ground floor entrance, garage for small car and washing machine. You can park in the alley .

It is bright with two large windows offering a nice view of the rooftops. Very good bakery right next door and Monoprix/Fnac a stone's throw away! Free parking nearby.
