The perfect Adult retreat. This 2 bedroom 2 full bath home stands out with a tropical style garden, large deck and custom outdoor bar. We are located 3.3 miles from I-10. You can unwind in the European style library, watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best. Beautiful and underneath live oaks and old magnolias, The Cottage was built in October 2015 in a quiet family neighborhood. The decor is "Southern-Coastal". *We live on the property next door. NO water access. The Cottage is located 5 minutes from putting your toes in the bay at Naval Live Oaks. It is 10 minutes from the gorgeous white sands of Pensacola Beach or eating some of the Gulf Coast most delicious seafood.

Built in 2020, this guesthouse is located in quite and safe neighborhood. 8 miles to Pensacola beach and 17 miles to Navarre Beach. Completely private with your own driveway and parking area, plus the use of the main house pool, patio and BBQ. Beautiful view of the forest. On a case by case basis we will entertain 6 guest. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located to all the local attractions. We are about 7 miles from Pensacola Beach ($1 toll bridge) and beautiful white sand. The location is great between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach.
