From the cabin you can see the sunset over the archipelago of Tarva with the windmills at Valsneset in silhouette. If you are lucky, you can sit in the Jacuzzi and watch the sea eagle, or the northern lights dance across the sky.

Naustet Kvalvika

Retreat and enjoy the serenity as you sit and look out over the ocean. Naustet Kvalvika is located right on the seafront, sheltered from traffic and noise. Lower your shoulders and listen to the sound of the waves. On the rocks and beaches around Naustet there are many great places to settle in. How about coffee mug around the fire pit while you watch the sun set? It is a 12 min drive from Åfjord city center and out to us. Guest dock available if you come by boat. Kayak and sup board available for rent upon request.

Home by the sea in Lysøysundet, the island municipality of the island

House in Lysøysundet is rented out, the house is beautifully situated on "Mohn". The house has three bedrooms with a double bed in each room, one bathroom, large kitchen with all facilities, large dining table, and a cozy little tv nook. There is also a pleasant loft living room available. There are great opportunities to enjoy yourself outside and there is a playground for the children. It is possible to rent both bed linens and towels, for a small addition to the price, just let us know. Laundry is out of the way.

Charming coastal house for rent.

A charming, fully renovated house close to the beach available for rent. The interior takes you 120 years back in time, with my great grandfathers old workbench used to make frames and fishing tools. The grindstone outside the house can still be used to grind your knives. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and the other with a 140 bed. The loft has 2 beds, great for kids. The bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer. I have WiFi, a TV screen, Netflix and a DVD player with dvd’s.

The cottage is very nicely located in an established cottage area in Stallvika with panoramic views beyond Stjørnfjorden and good sun conditions. A perfect starting point for boating and outdoor activities. All amenities such as road, water, electricity and sewage. Short way to the sea with good opportunities for boating, fishing and swimming. A small drive away is Litj-Gjølga ski stadium with prepared ski trails in winter. About 10 min drive to Bjugn center with most amenities.

Beian, lakefront location in Ørland

Our apartment is located on Beian in Ørland municipality. It is part of an apartment complex and we live in the complex ourselves. In the immediate vicinity is a great sandy beach, and nice hiking opportunities on foot or by bike. We also rent out a boat (40hp/19ft) and a 9 seat car for extra payment.
