Here there is a short distance to both the spring, beach and hiking trails. The cabin is approximately 8 minutes by car from Bjugn city center. The cabin has a large terrace with many seating areas and is also equipped with a full kitchen. Elvgløtt is located right by Gjølgavatnet in Ørland municipality and is from 1931, with good opportunities for fishing and many hiking areas right from the cabin. See inatur for any fishing licenses. The cabin has piped water from its own well with cold and hot water, (except during longer cold periods, when the water can be frozen) electricity, heat pump/air conditioning and wood burning. Here you can really find tranquility with nature close by. Pets are welcome if they do not mark inside. Vacuum all dog hair before departure.

This little cabin is new to modern. Perfect for a small family excursion or if you want a cabin weekend with 4 people. Lovely view to sunset in the sea on nice days. The cottage consists of hallway, bathroom, open living room and kitchen solution. 2 "bedrooms" up on the meadow where you will find 2 double beds. There are no stairs up to the loft, where there is a ladder. There is both a washing machine and a dishwasher Short distance to the jetty/spring. Park is just outside the cabin. Easily get out here by car.

The cottage is very nicely located in an established cottage area in Stallvika with panoramic views beyond Stjørnfjorden and good sun conditions. A perfect starting point for boating and outdoor activities. All amenities such as road, water, electricity and sewage. Short way to the sea with good opportunities for boating, fishing and swimming. A small drive away is Litj-Gjølga ski stadium with prepared ski trails in winter. About 10 min drive to Bjugn center with most amenities.
