Designed to be a refuge that combines natural beauty, comfort and rest on the slopes of Serra Geral, the accommodation is located 15 km from the incredible Serra do Rio do Rastro and 4 km from the center of the municipality of Orleans/SC. Located in a reserved condominium, overlooking the Serra and fruit orchard, it has a private area of 2,500 m², fenced and equipped with an electronic gate.

O Chalé é uma cabana encantadora e muito aconchegante. Acomoda até 6 pessoas confortavelmente, crianças e pets são super bem vindos! *Possuí 2 quartos com cama de casal e 1 sofá-cama (sala), possuí banheira, Smart TV, Wi Fi, roupas de cama, toalhas, lareira, cozinha com fogão, frigobar e demais utensílios de cozinha. *Não servimos refeições (café da manhã estará disponível com um acréscimo). Enjoy a unique and luxurious experience when you stay at this special place. The house was designed and built to provide the guest with integration with the region's landscape. The site is incredibly surrounded by mountains, offering incredible views from any angle. The house has two floors, the spa is on the upper floor and has a panoramic view. You can hire a UTV tour. The route runs through our region, which is surrounded by mountains, and we pass by buffaloes and rivers.

It is the city of Orleans/SC Três Barras, on the coast of Serra Catarinense. It is 30 km to the center of Orleans, 1 hour from Serra Rio Rastro and 1h30min from Serra Corvo Branco. Good road and easy to access, even for small cars. The internet is via satellite, with instability on rainy days. The view is incredible, a quiet place in the midst of nature. Planned for 1 couple, including a child. More isolated location, rural area, ideal for those seeking tranquility and rest.

Casa Bougainvillea is totally private, overlooking the slopes of Serra do Rio do Rastro. Casa Bougainvillea offers: a hot tub; a gas fireplace; a wood-burning stove; a fire pit; an indoor and outdoor barbecue; a solar-heated swimming pool; a kiosk with a barbecue, a sink and a bathroom. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms with a double bed (with pillows, sheets, pillowcases and blankets) and a few extra single mattresses. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Enjoy our large green area to run with your pet, play with your children, have a barbecue in the south, fish, relax in the whirlpool and even watch movies or work from home, we have great internet. Next to SERRA DO RIO DO RASTRO. The cabin has a “green” view on all sides. The bathtub is under the canopy of trees and fully integrated with nature. It is like being in the woods, but with the comfort and safety of being indoors. The place is quite private and quiet, except for the birds singing. On rainy days, the glass ceiling brings you closer to nature and the feeling of relaxation. It has hot water in all faucets, supplied by a gas heater.
