Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε ένα δροσιστικό και γαλήνιο πρωινό στον ιδιόκτητο κήπο με τις λεμονιές μας, όπως επίσης μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε την βεράντα στο "ανώι" για να απολαύσετε το βραδυ σας. Εξωτερικά διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα,αυλή με τσιμεντοκονία και κτιστό καναπέ. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 και βρίσκεται κάτω από το μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες της Πυθάρας.
