Family country house in the Perche

Family house with swimming pool, in the Perche Regional Natural Park. Comfortable, the house was completely renovated in 2021. In absolute calm, on the edge of the Perche state forest and surrounded by meadows occupied by horses, the house overlooks a wooded park on one side and a garden with a secure outdoor pool heated from May to September on the other. The house is 10 min from Mortagne, 30 min from Bellême, 2 hours from Paris and 15 min from L'Aigle train station. Great for a family vacation!

An indoor swimming pool is situated within a spacious, wood-framed structure. Large windows provide natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. The calm water reflects the wooden beams of the ceiling and invites relaxation and enjoyment in a private setting.

PLEASE note : the POOL will be heated from beg. of April to mid- November. Ask for exact dates! No pool outside those dates, it cannot be heated on request. Sorry! We are open year-round and you will like the area for its preserved countryside, nice walking paths, the beach at the Sille Lake, the quaint villages, markets... and also chateaux and museums! You’ll love it because of its safe rural location offering privacy for couples and families, or groups of friends. Welcome to La Bellaziere!
