Possibility to choose *bed linen, *canoes, *SPA bath at 39 degrees! The cottage is small but has a bathroom with shower & underfloor heating as well as a kitchenette. Bunk bed & 2 sofa beds with a total of 4 beds that can be made. Private parking space with an EV charger! Cleaning included! *according to increase. Bathroom with shower & incineration toilet. Access to sauna cabin with relaxation room by arrangement and fee of SEK 100. Bed linen & towels can be rented for SEK 150/person. Final cleaning is not included, can be booked for SEK 500. 5-minute drive to shopping center.

The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

It's easy to thrive here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen as well as a veranda of 29 sqm with magnificent views of Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Older house in a village environment with proximity to the ski resort in Orsa Grönklitt, with the possibility of cross-country skiing and slalom. In the vicinity of the house, there is also the possibility of nice forest walks and jogging and swimming at Våmåbadet as well as the strawberry picking place Ätjärn. Mora is about 15 km from the accommodation and there is the possibility of shopping and visiting the Zorn Museum and the Vasaloppet finish line. The landlord lives in the house next door. Cleaning is done by the guest.

The cottage is in a quiet residential area with a 500-meter walk to central Mora with the Zorn Museum and proximity to the Vasaloppet Museum, the Vasaloppet finish line, 1 1/5 kilometers to Hemus where the Vasaloppet arena for skiing, running and cycling is located. Tomteland is about 1.5 miles away and worth a visit. The forest is close for lovely walks and spending time. Siljan is within walking distance to the swimming area/Saxviken or the swimming area/Kepphusviken at Mora Park

Although the house is located in the nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.
