Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

Şahin was a great host. His place was well located, close to shops and eateries, walking distance to airport and short dolmuş ride to town centre. Very attentive and got us extra amenities on request. We enjoyed our stay in his warm home and highly recommend.

As I stepped in the house I felt like home, so cozy and beautiful, with unforgottable view.. If you are looking for peace of mind this is the place to go and rest. View is amazing looking over the sea and mountains.. beautiful yard where you can do yoga in the morning and enjoy glass of wine on sun set.. strongly recommended.. thank you Mustafa.

Hakan çok cana yakındı ve bize mükemmel yerel öneriler de dahil olmak üzere ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi verdi. İyi olduğumuzdan emin olmak için bizi kontrol etmeye devam etti ve kendimizi çok hoş karşılanmış hissettirdi. Burası güzel manzaralara sahip, kalmak için rahat bir yer. Burayı bölgeyi ziyaret eden herkese şiddetle tavsiye ediyoruz! Hakan was very friendly and gave us everything we needed, including excellent local recommendations. He continued to check on us to make sure we were doing well and made us feel very welcomed. The place is a comfortable place to stay with beautiful views. We highly recommend this place to anybody visiting the area!

We had the most amazing summer vacation in Trabzon, Turkey, and our stay at Çagri’s wooden house made it truly unforgettable. The house itself is clean, cozy, and instantly feels like home. From the moment we arrived, Çagri treated us like family. He frequently checked in to see if we needed anything and offered his assistance whenever possible. We even spent some late nights chatting, which was a delightful experience. A special highlight for our family was the presence of four baby cats that my 6-year-old son quickly adopted as his pets. He named them, fed them every night, and loved playing with them. The lush surroundings provided fresh fruits and eggs from the chickens, which added to the charm of our stay. On our last day, my son even got to shoot with Çagri’s hunting rifle, making it an adventure he will always remember. Our stay at Çagri’s wooden house was more than just a vacation; it was an enriching experience filled with warmth, hospitality, and new friendships.

Burasi anne, baba ve uzakta yasayan kizlari tarafindan yönetilen yeni bir girisim o nedenle ilk bakista ufak tefek sorunlar var gibi görünse de, neden oldugunu ve iyi niyetli oldugunu görünce hosgörülmeyecek seyler degil. Nedir mesela? Airbnb üzerinden hic haberlesemedik cünkü dedigim gibi uzakta yasayan kizlari ilgileniyor ama o gün belki de cok mesguldu. Watsapp uzerinden aile ile haberlesmek cok daha kolay. Hepsi iyi niyetli ve hos hosbet insanlar. Bize bahceden domates ve salatalik topladiler. Yeni bir girisim oldugu icin bunlar cözülecektir. Sevgilerimle

الرجل وفريقه كانوا متعاونين و ودودين ومتواجدين دائما لحل أي مشكلة، أو الإجابة على اي استفسار،،، وصلنا قبل موعد الحجز بساعات حيث استقبلنا ووضع شنط السفر عنده، حتى تم تجهيز الشقة وتنظيفها، وسلمنا اياها قبل موعد الدخول المقرر بساعتين او أكثر. طلبنا أغطية اضافية في وقت متأخر، احضرها مباشرة، و قام بكل ما طلبناه بسرعة فائقة و بشكل احترافي وودي، المكان كما تم وصفه من قبل عسمان وكما في الصور نظيف جدا،، يتم تنظيف الشقة بشكل دوري او عند الرغبة، و يتم تغيير أغطية الأسرة والملاءات والبشاكير، الحي هادئ جدا،، تم توفير كل شيء في الشقة حتىى تشعر انك في بيتك. شكرا جزيلا لعسمان وفريقه،

My family and I stayed in this house for 5 days. We were quite satisfied with the house, the house we stayed in was in a central place, the location was very good, if you have a car, it was a maximum of 15 minutes away from everywhere, I think the house was clean, I think it would handle the amenities, I think the number of dishes and glasses is insufficient, we took care of our business with plastic plates and glasses. Other than that, we were satisfied with the house, I can say that it is a place where we can stay again if we go to Trabzon again. The host, Mr. Engin and his friends, were very kind and understanding, and I would also like to thank them very much

An amazing, cosy and beautiful apartment. Sparkling clean, breathtaking views and with the waves crushing under your feet. Comfortable and well equipped. Halim is a very kind and friendly host. The only downside of the apartment is the heating. It was a bit chilling days and heating an apartment with the air conditioning units only is not enough.
