Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. In the middle of nature with beautiful views in all directions, you can enjoy the archipelago all year round. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace to burn in, a newly built guest house and a large, nice wood-fired sauna. All materials are consistently exclusive and the house is built in 2023 via the house supplier "Sommarnöje". Both houses have a beautiful terrace all around, which means that you can always enjoy the sun in several places. A path leads down to a jetty and invites you to swim.

Close to Älmsta (4.5 km) with a large and well-stocked ICA store, restaurants, summer cafés, Krön's beautiful market garden with its splendid flowers, and the Väddö canal promenade. Väddö Golf Club is 10 minutes away by car, and it's 30 minutes to the picturesque sailing community of Grisslehamn with its jetties, restaurants, large spa and ferry to Åland.

At the jetty there is also our rowing boat for fishing or picnic on the nearby cliff. -15 minutes to the sea. -5 min to Älmsta - 20 minutes to Grisslehamn. -Sauna, playhouse, guest house (2 x 140 cm beds), carpenter's shed, "adventure trail" on site. Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

The house also has a sauna and Jacuzzi. 200 meters from the house is a private lake with sauna and jetty as well as access to a boat and fishing. Down by the water there is also a porch under a beautiful oak tree where you can enjoy views as well as good food and drinks. The farm is located at the end of the road, very private with only beautiful nature around.

Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.
