Lovely rustic house very close to Atlantic ocean. House perfectly fits for a couple but can be used by family with 2 children. Rural hamlet LOVenturo (Lugar O Venturo) now consists of two guest houses – House O Venturo and Cabaña de Jardin (Garden Cabin) separated by the terraces with distance of 25 metres approximately between them – so the guests can enjoy privacy of their own space. There is an option to rent two houses – ask for special offer as well as for a long-term stay.

The property is not shared with other clients. Its owners live on the upper floor and take care of the exterior cleaning. Ideal for finding tranquility and privacy. It is located on a completely enclosed property. The pool and garden area are exclusively for guests and are not shared.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

It is all open plan apart from the bathrooms so please bear in mind not much privacy is offered. The many stunning beaches and quaint seaside town of Cedeira, packed with great restaurants are just a short drive away along with numerous places of natural beauty.
