When the sun has set, a starry sky lights up. Hyppeln is a genuine archipelago island. A living community. One of ten inhabited islands in Öckerö. Captivatingly beautiful both in storm and calm. In the guest harbor there is a tavern, barbecue area, a small shop and on top a fort. In the house there is what you need in the form of equipment for cooking, bed linens and towels.

Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer and induction stovetop with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining places for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 single and a small boat are available during the stay. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two sofas are available, one in the tower and one in the living room.

In the lovely bright and spacious living room, you will also find the kitchen, all in an open plan with high ceilings and views from all windows. If you have visitors, you can make up the sofa bed in the living room.

This well-maintained and modern villa is located in a very quiet and pleasant location in popular Röreviken. Bathrobe distance to newly-renovated sauna and to saltwater swimming at the jetty a little bit below the house. Röreviken is a child-friendly and popular area close to Stenungsund, just 5 minutes from the house.

There are a total of 11 beds including mattresses in the loft (floor 3). In addition, there is a double sofa bed and space for more mattresses. There is also a playground nearby. 1 adult and 3 children's bicycles are available and some helmets. Bed linens are not included.
