Charming 30s villa in protected private location with beach property. The house is beautifully located on Rörbäckskilen with patio right on the water. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowing boat, 4m * Kayak * 4 st SUP BOARDS Here you enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Great fiber internet connection. The style is mixed from the 30s onwards However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly ever since. We are happy to host monthly or longer. At least weekly.

Adults can sit and enjoy the sun from morning till night on the large terrace while the kids play on the lawn. In the afternoon you take the bike to the sea and take a lovely bath. At night you grill and maybe pick some blueberries. In the vicinity there are lovely kayak waters and for those who like nature there are several nature reserves in the area to visit.

The house offers nice material choices, 8 single beds and 1 double bed with new comfortable mattresses, pillows and duvets. Sheets and towels are not included. An ideal place for guests seeking a secluded and inspiring home for their events. Perfect for golf, canoeing, fishing, swimming and hiking in Kroppefjäll's wilderness area. Access to vehicles is required
