The house offers two double bedrooms with air conditioning and TV, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, plus an extra room with washing machine and sofa. Outside, a rustic covered patio with dining table and built-in barbecue is ideal for outdoor meals in total peace.

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).
