Beautifully renovated lakeside home close to Magaritaville off KK. You'll have the private lower floor studio all to yourself. The studio has a Cal King bed, full kitchen/ dining area, ensuite bathroom and a separate bunk room (with a 2-queen bunk bed). Quality linens, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee+teas etc. Enjoy beautiful views to the lake from the patio and watching wildlife on almost 3 acres of wooded land. Full access to the private dock (boat slip 8 mins away).

Waterfront home w dock at 9mm in quiet cove looking up the main channel. Newly updated interior is clean and comfy w modern touches. Location is great if you want to get out and about or just enjoy some peace/quiet. Asphalt access to the start of drive. Home looks down the main channel but inside no wake zone. Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe & lilly pad for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out.
