From this central accommodation, the whole group has easy access to whatever it may be. Nice location and view - within walking distance of the marina and shop. Vikvatnet, which has a play area and a bathing beach. Lots of beautiful nature and hiking areas. All types of weather - from bright sunshine to strong storms. The house is located 10 km from the famous Hanshelleren climbing route. The same goes for the paddle route that runs through the entire outer Namdalen. You can also join an eagle safari. It's a great place to be all year round.

The place has its own jetty and floating jetty with berth. The place is very child-friendly, with shallow water, no car traffic, and at the same time wonderful for adults who can enjoy themselves alone without prying eyes or neighbors.

The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Modern bathroom with shower and WC. Boat can also be rented by appointment.

In late summer, cloudberries and blueberries grow outside, right next to the cottage. Large and spacious parking that is free of charge. The cabin has an outdoor toilet and summer water with drainage. Drinking water is available inside Vingsand, where there is also a toilet, shower and washing machine.

Cozy cottage by the sea. The cabin has 3 bedrooms + an open loft with 2 sleeping places. Well-equipped kitchen w/dishwasher. Good sunny patios, and gas grill. Div. children's equipment; bed, chair, swing, sandpit, toys. Road all the way (see other information). From the cabin there are many great hiking opportunities, kayaking, diving, fishing, etc. To Hanshelleren, which is a unique climbing area it is about 4 km. 7 km from the cabin there is a shop with good selection of goods and restaurant.
