From the apartment you have a view of the sea with several bathing boats that create a pleasant atmosphere in the environment and can also be used by paying for yourself. Many restaurants are close to the apartment. Grocery store is in the same building, as well as one that is open on Sundays. In summer, there is a bustling beach life at the opera beach and on Sørengkaia.
