The house worked fine, we had everything we needed, we slept like a rock, nice and quiet area. Perfect distance to Gardermoen :) then he owns one of the world's finest dog breed !!!

Christian was a fantastic host, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay with helpful transport guidance. We stayed during an 11-hour layover while transiting from Tromsø to Iceland. The location was ideal, close to Oslo Airport and easily accessible. Both the hotel shuttle and local bus took 20–30 minutes, including a short walk. The shuttle ran at an interval of around 20 minutes at 80 NOK per person, while the bus was a cheaper option. Taxis were better for groups. Overall, a great stay for short layovers or visits to Oslo.

We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

Perfect accomodation in house close to city.

We had a lovely stay! The house was so cozy and we loved the artistic style and vibes. The plants and artwork made us feel like we were at home. The bed was super cozy and comfy! Great location with lots of walkable spots nearby. Margrethe was super responsive and even let us check-in a few a hours early when our flight arrived early. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you!!

Rural house with large and cozy outdoor area. Short distances to public transport, large and nice beach, football fields and shops/Holmen shopping center. We had a great time at Therese's house, and would love to come again. Therese was very nice and welcoming and responded quickly to inquiries.

Absolutely amazing! Large space, perfect for a family. First time I felt at home somewhere I have never been before. Kamilla had even laid out drawing supplies for my youngest son and chocolate with a cozy note. Will definitely be back! Would have given 10 star if possible 😊

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

The place is huge, beautiful, and dreamy. The scenery is spectacular! ❤️We were looking for a place to conduct our wedding dinner. Since it was the 1st of December, it was so hard to find an intimate at the same time a cozy nice place to do that. However, Silje opened her doors for us and accommodated us in her amazing BnB. She is very responsive, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is extremely helpful and caring for her guests. Moreover, she is also flexible with changes and negotiates fairly. We love her so much and we totally recommend her place to everyone. 😘😍🎉🎉

Ivar is a very nice and welcoming host, who answers any questions you can wonder about during a short time. Communication before, during and after the stay was impeccable and the stay was very nice. Terje and Hanne are great hosts. Clear, proactive and responsive while making you feel welcome. The house is very well located and fully aligned with descriptions/photos. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place.

Beautiful location. Is a true farm house setup separate from, but right next to the main house (which is host occupied, I believe). Is rustic with some nice updates (eg. bathroom). Lots of space - very comfortable for 4 of us and with room outside to exercise 2 big dogs. close to ski trails, very convenient to the airport, and less than an hour to the heart of Oslo.

Very happy with your stay. Pauline was quick to respond to messages if there was anything we needed to get a response to. The kids especially enjoyed the pool 😊

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Helge’s place. It was clean, beautiful and the location was amazing. We were a group of two families with a baby, 6 year old and teenager. They had some legos that were a big hit with the two littles and great WiFi for the teen. The proximity of the apartment to transportation, restaurants, cafes and the sights of Oslo was unbeatable. We had a question about the stove (user error) and Helge was over within the hour the help us. We would love to stay again when our travels bring us to Oslo.

Having a very good time with Tone and her family, a decent gentleman and lady and two sweet boy boy puppies. The first time in Norway, the first time in Darmmen, and a pleasant stay. The room are tidy and warm, and the locations is 15 mins to train station and 20mins to the city center of Darmmen. Strongly recommended.

A cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the forest. In the evening you could sit on the terrace, watch the stars and everything was quiet. Enough wood was available to us to turn on the fireplace in the evening and make ourselves comfortable in the living room. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable and there were also pillows in case of need, for those who like to lie a little higher. All in all, a very nice place with a good value for money.

Communication with Marie was smooth and everything worked fine. Taking the bus to Majorstuen is convenient but and quite fast. The balcony was great because we had such good weather. Cooking supplies were fine.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The place was spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The only small downside was that the bed was a bit too soft for our preference, but everything else was absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Johannes’ cosy, tiny home was a wonderful getaway. It was clean, warm, beautifully maintained and in the perfect peaceful location for some time away from the busy ordeals of life. It had everything you needed for a little solo trip. Johannes was extremely communicative and kind and made my stay as stress free and relaxed as possible. I had a major stress with my phone breaking while I was there with no way to fix it and being in the middle of nowhere with no car was scary but he went out of his way to put my mind at ease and help me out for my travel and fixing my issue. I am extremely grateful for his kindness and hospitality. My trip wouldn’t have been so lovely without his help and friendliness. I had such a lovely time visiting and I would definitely recommend this tiny home cabin to anyone. Thank you Johannes for your hospitality. I hope to visit again one day!
