The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

This is a unique loft apartment on the 5th floor without elevator. Narrow staircase, but when you get up you live on the roof of Oslo. The place has a backyard with barbecue and seating, beautiful St Hanshaugen park and bars nearby.

At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

This lovely apartment is in the heart of Oslo and close to pretty much everything. Parks, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and much more is within walking distanse. Right up the street is the Royal Palace and within 5 minutes of walk takes you to beautiful Aker brygge, where you can go for a swim, take the ferrie or enjoy a good meal. A perfect location to enjoy all of what Oslo has to offer. Please note there is only one toilet in the apartment and it’s not in the same room as the shower.
