Very nice apartment in a great location. Free parking nearby. Everything was perfect during our stay.

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present throughout with tips and advice. They even drew our attention to an upcoming storm and provided us with the garage for our vintage car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We'll be back.

Beautiful spacious apartment with stunning sea views. Alma and Mimo are exceptional hosts. They renovated this beautiful property, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Alassio, with great taste and great attention to detail. The living room is superb, with large windows offering spectacular sea views. The kitchen is perfect and modern, as are the two bathrooms. The air conditioning is very powerful. Although it is located in the center, the interior rooms are very quiet. A beautiful terrace adds extra space to relax. Alma and Mimo know Alassio in every detail and gave us excellent recommendations to make the most of our stay. Tip: Ask them to connect you with the beaches to book umbrellas. Thanks Alma! The apartment is at sea, it’s a great location. The place is cozy and very well equipped. The terrace is perfect to relax, listen to waves or watch nightly sky. We were very happy with our stay.

Magnificent stay at Patrizia’s! We enjoyed our time immensely, especially the patio and easy access to the area. St. Jean Cap Ferrat is a gem! We loved our early morning walks around the peninsula. Patrizia’s home was clean and stocked with some essentials for our stay. Patrizia was always responsive and helpful in all our interactions. We look forward to visiting again soon!

A fantastic great house for me and my four kids and two respectively where everyone could fit in comfortable and spacious bedrooms with many bathrooms. I enjoyed the view every day with the mountains in my back and the ocean in front of me. Beautiful flowers and birdsong. Tips to buy 3 or 7 days card covering the region to be able to take train or bus along the coast. We took turns having dinner and eating together at the house every evening. A lovely stay.

We had a very good time with Isabella. The house is really well designed, nothing is missing. The proximity to the sea is incredible. Very well connected to the center!

we enjoyed our vacation days at apartment number nine. From the apartment you have a great view of the sea. You can quickly reach the small village on foot. It has nice cafes and good restaurants everywhere. Only the street was rather noisy. Especially if you had the windows open. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Our stay at Benoit’s air bnb was wonderful! The view is incredible and we found it easy to walk down into town. The walk is all downhill, so keep in mind the walk back from town is all uphill. However, taking the bus was super easy. Instructions were clear and host was very accommodating and responsive.

the structure is a little dated but well-maintained. Unfortunately, the pool and snack bar were still closed. The strength is the location and private parking. The apartment is impeccable with all the comforts, although very small is well organized. A wonderful terrace overlooking the gulf

The Sun Bay House was the perfect place to stay at during our first visit of the Côte d‘azur. The studio itself as well as the terrace were as beautiful and clean as on the pictures and Phillipe was always there to help! He was an amazing host with many recommendations what do to in Villefranche-sur-mer and in other cities It was one of the best AirBnb experiences we‘ve had! We will definitely come back 😊

The accommodation is very clean and functional. Sergio is very available and responsive. We had a great time despite the whims of the weather we were able to enjoy the surroundings every day. The balcony has wonderful sea views. The bedding is excellent and we have all amenities nearby. We recommend Sergio's place and will gladly go back.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Wonderful vacation, two terraces with an exceptional view... "Parthenope" movie model. It was really a shame to have to leave... Nadia is very kind and very helpful, everything was perfect... a beautiful bike path, which takes you to the center in 5 minutes... what can I say... A top apartment... for a wonderful Sanremo... Charlottes Place was beautiful with plenty of natural light and large rooms. It was perfect for a family get away- very good location which was close to the port and lots of restaurants near by. The concierge, Firas was wonderful - friendly, very responsive and gave us additional restaurant reconditions. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I go back to Nice.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.
