Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). We live 45 km from the southernmost point in Denmark, Sydstenen in Gedser. Stone sculptures with music Dodekalitten in Kragenæs just 27 km away, where there is also the possibility to take the ferries to the islands of Fejø, Femø and Askø.

The house has 4 good bedrooms (2 x double beds and 4 x single beds) and is ideal for families and friends who want space and a real holiday home atmosphere. The beautiful glass orangery with a patio heater creates a wonderful setting – even on chilly evenings. Outside there is an outdoor shower & bathtub with hot water. Enjoy your morning bath under the open sky. Only 300 metres to the beach and 900 metres to cafés and shops Clean bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.

Tiny house in the orchard

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

There is a smaller kitchen with an electric cooker and a 1-burner mini stove. It is possible to set up a travel cot if there is 1 child accompanying you. We provide the travel cot, as well as duvets and pillows. If you're planning a trip, Nyk Falster and the Fuglesang Art Museum are no more than 4 km away.
