The property consists of a large kitchen for dining and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine available in separate building next to the square and next to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra)and lounge corner.

Nature is beautiful with the unique oak landscape. We see fallow deer daily and if you are lucky, the sea eagle may fly by. Our large lake system with swimming areas and canoe rentals. There are several nice golf courses to choose from. If you want, there is the possibility to book a sauna by the pool. Here you can greet horses, sheep, chickens and ducks.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸

Have fun with the whole family in this amazing place right by the sea and that has everything for your life's needs. Heated pool and outdoor shower in summer, hot tub that is open all year round. The sea is only 200 m away and can be seen from the patio. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace for cold days. Nice environment for walks. Some rules and cleaning need to be followed and done at the hot tub. We offer late check-out, at 1 p.m., with time for an early lunch or a long sleep.
