A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently undergoing repair. Available from 20/5.

The house, which consists of three apartments, was built in 1929 and is located in a nice garden with lots of flowers during spring and summer. Close to the commuter train station and 2 stops to Stockholm City. Grocery store and restaurants are in the neighborhood and it is walking distance to Mall Of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. Charming is a very bright and spacious second of 50 sqm, with earthy coloring and romantic details. Our house was built in the 17th century and the apartment is carefully renovated and decorated to retain the old-fashioned charm, however, with a modern touch. Exclusive materials here are combined with rustic decor. Sleeps comfortably in a double bed and the fully equipped kitchen allows for total self-catering. Charm was completely refurbished in 2015.
