No neighbors. Proximity to outdoor center, outdoor swimming, lakes with swimming, paddling and fishing. By car, you can quickly reach, among other things, Wanås art park and Åhus sandy beaches.

Close to IKEA museum, flea market and shopping in Älmhult, Osby Lekoseum, Svartabergen quarry and Linnaeus' birthplace in Råshult. Day trips can be made to Glasriket, Astrid Lindgren's World, Österlen, sandy beaches along the entire Skåne coast or Blekinge Archipelago. A cottage with many excursion opportunities.

There is a wood-fired hot tub for 10 people. In the basement, there is an atmospheric and heated room where champagne can be enjoyed. The patio and the large lawns invite you to relax and play.

Jaktupplevelse diskuteras separat baserat på behov, möjlighet till fyrhjuling för transport finns eventuellt vid behov. En damm finns intill för bad eller finns också sjöar runt i kring ca 6 minuter med bil.
