Fantastic little house in the middle of the Skåne wilderness in Örsnäs by Lake Immeln. Secluded location with a lakeside plot and a private jetty. Completely renovated in 2025. 4 bedrooms, 6 beds in total. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace. Outdoor area with barbecue and cosy fireplace. Wood-fired hot tub where you can bathe with a view of the lake. A rowing boat and a canoe, including life jackets, are included. Kayaks are available for rent for an additional fee. Electric car chargers are available for a fee.

Cozy and renovated cottage in a peaceful location in the middle of the forest with the possibility of both relaxation and hiking and mushroom and berry picking as well as other nature experiences. Sauna in the outhouse. Private pond by the house. Fresh bathroom. In the cottage, there is a TV, internet and washing machine. The cabin is located on its own road about 300 meters from Skåneleden. No neighbors. Proximity to outdoor center, outdoor swimming, lakes with swimming, paddling and fishing. By car, you can quickly reach, among other things, Wanås art park and Åhus sandy beaches.

The cottage is located 200 meters from Kroksjön, where there is a jetty as well as a barbecue area and rowboat. Around the main house is a wooden deck with a fireplace and barbecue. The main house is 40 m² divided into a kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace and a sofa bed. There is one bedroom with two beds and a fresh bathroom. The cottage is newly renovated with a new kitchen, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. TV is available. The guest house, which is about nine meters from the main house, is 12 m² and has a family bunk bed with three beds.

Day trips can be made to Glasriket, Astrid Lindgren's World, Österlen, sandy beaches along the entire Skåne coast or Blekinge Archipelago. A cottage with many excursion opportunities.

There is a wood-fired hot tub for 10 people. In the basement, there is an atmospheric and heated room where champagne can be enjoyed. The patio and the large lawns invite you to relax and play.
