Använd gärna hela trädgården. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Vid behov av fler sängar finns en lägenhet att hyra i anslutande byggnad. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!

In the middle of the fields, within cycling distance from Lund city center, is this peaceful newly-renovated apartment, overlooking fields and gardens. Bus within walking distance takes you to Lund city center. Nearby Stora Råby has a church, lunch restaurant and Friday pub. The accommodation is sunny, quiet and equipped with everything you need. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

The apartment is located in southern Lund (2 km) to the city center, walking distance about 30 minutes. Excellent transport connections both to Lund city center and to Malmö, right nearby. Beautiful park surroundings nearby. Walking distance to outdoor swimming pool in summer.

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short-term rental, maximum 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The cottage is not large but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person, but it is also possible to accommodate two guests in it.
