Inside, a sofa bed, a fireplace, a wooden cupboard with basic amenities, a tiny bedroom with a double bed. Electricity from a battery, utility water in a well. Outside, there is a fireplace, benches, and the possibility of camping. Complete peace and privacy. Parking 100m below the hill on private property. Wooden toilet outside in nature. Approximately 300m away there is a shop, hut, Finnish sauna, playground. Surrounding hills and trips to Ropička, Kotař, Prašivá, Ondráš.

This is a high-quality apartment with a terrace and a wellness area, located in a newly renovated original chalet in a cosy, semi-secluded spot in the Beskydy Mountains. The property has two separate apartments with a shared wellness area. Treat yourself to some downtime and leave the hustle and bustle behind in our Finnish sauna or hot tub. Get away from it all and hide under the starry sky. A small family cottage a few metres above the Žermanická Dam, on private land, offers peace and quiet, plenty of activities and a beautiful setting. The cottage is heated by a wood stove. It has a smaller boiler that runs non-stop, so it requires careful water management. We apologize to guests for the difficult water access conditions associated with the construction of the bike path. We had no idea about its construction. In the future, however, it will be great to use for skating, walking, and biking
