There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Included in the price of our house, you can use our pier, boats, pedal boats, kayaks, sailboats, as well as SUP boards. The house is very comfortable, spacious, perfect for relaxing with families! It is heated, year-round, you can organize Christmas, New Year's Eve or other special events such as birthdays.
