It is surrounded by meadows and forests, in complete privacy. There are quarries and ponds for swimming, castle ruins, and beautiful walks can be taken right from the door. On foot, by bike, even with a stroller. Jeseník Spa is over the hill, culture lovers will appreciate the Dance Hall in Račí údolí or the castle in Javorník. Do you like good coffee and something good? At Eleanor café in Žulová, they will take care of you royally.

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Our cottage from 1895 is located in the heart of Jeseníky in Vrba pod Pradědem with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful Jeseník nature and a short distance away the forest begins. The large garden provides tranquility, from which there is a beautiful view, whether from the terrace or from the pond at the bottom. There are countless opportunities for walks, hikes or bike rides. It is ideal to combine them with resting in the shade of a flowering apple tree in the garden.

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming place for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Sowie Mountains. The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

We invite you to our apartment. It has a comfortable sleeping area for 6 people. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with two single beds each (for your convenience, we made sure you can combine them into large beds, decide what you need). The living room has a large double sofa bed and a flat screen TV. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave, refrigerator, oven) and a bathroom with shower and heated floor.

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-burning sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
