We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

“The Loft” in the Heart of Downtown Sedalia

Built in 1880, the building is on the national Historic Register. The Loft is a fully updated, 1500 sq ft, 2 bed, 2 bath space with off-street parking, a shed to secure your bikes for the trail, 12x20 deck with grill and table seating. Our family cottage sits on 100’ of lakefront in a natural lake setting. Spacious living with expansive views and a private dock. Swim off the dock or relax on the lily pad from dawn until dusk and enjoy sunset over the large, protected cove. Create more lake memories at our fire-pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Bring your own boat to tie up to the dock during your stay. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants by land or water.

Fern's Farmhouse - Minutes to WAFB and State Park

Enjoy our peaceful and relaxing country home just 1 mile from Whiteman AFB, Knob Noster State Park and Charming down town Knob Noster. Hear the birds chirping in the day and the frogs of the ponds in the evening. Surround yourself with pines, pasture, fruit trees and blackberry bushes outside and space for entertaining or family dinners inside. Built in 1940, this cute old sheep farm still holds its charm with many modern updates.

The guesthouse is a craftsman style bungalow built in the 1920s. It is located in the historic village of New Franklin, three miles from Boonville, 25 from Columbia and two blocks from the Katy Trail. Casey's General Store is open until 11:30 nightly. Our kitchen is stocked with ample food for a light evening meal and substantial breakfast.
