Separate downstairs apartment with 2 Bedrooms (1 King/1 Queen)/1 Bathroom. Quiet & secluded private deck. Close to Main Street & restaurants (< 10 minute walk) & the hot springs pool (<15 minute walk).There are 2 tvs & Dish hoppers. Winter Visitors(Typically Mid November–Mid April)– 4WD highly recommended. 2 parking spaces available.

Our townhome is an ideal base for all your alpine adventures in the San Juans. Come for world-class ice climbing, trail time in Mt. Sneffels wilderness, downhill skiing in Telluride or Ouray or just to relax in the Hot Springs right across the parking lot. With views out every window and a private deck to take it all in, we hope you find yourself in love with this "little Switzerland" mountain town like we are. This is our retreat, we are happy to share it with you and let it be yours as well!

Down climb into this quintessential alpine hideaway. The Ice Climber's Suite is a historic 1890's miner's quarters built for the employees of the Idarado Mine Company. This underground space features original stone walls and brick floors. It is a cozy and unique retreat, the perfect basecamp for all your mountain adventures. *WARNING* the ceilings are as low as 6'2" in some areas in this unit. This unit is next to the laundry room which is accessed by the cleaning staff during the day.

The open-concept living area features wooden floors and natural light flowing through large windows. A leather sofa and accent chairs surround a central ottoman. A dining table is set for four, and a well-equipped kitchen is visible in the background, showcasing modern appliances.

This beautifully renovated upstairs condo is located in the heart of downtown Ouray. The front entrance is located off 6th Ave (same as Kristopher's Culinary, Hotel Ouray and the MoJo's Coffee Shop), just a half block from Main Street. The condo was renovated in 2019 with brand new EVERYTHING (floors, kitchen, bathroom, carpet, windows, HVAC, etc.)! All finishes are high end giving the feeling of a lux stay. The condo has an open concept while the bedroom and bathroom are private.
