The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

Cottage directly by the water. Idyllic little cottage of 15 m2 located on 900 m2 of secluded land. The house is located at beautiful Elsehoved 3 km south of Lundeborg, and with both forest and water as a neighbor. The house is well furnished with a separate toilet. Please note that there is only a shower outside. This is with shielding and hot water. There is a fireplace with pots and pans. In addition, 2 sea kayaks and SUP boards for free use. The bed is a sofa bed with the option of using a top mattress.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
