This charming apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, private washer dryer, brand new bathroom, and accent wall dividing a comfortable living space from a cozy bedroom. There is on-street parking and stairs to access the cottage. Also, there is no smoking on the property and no parties. Thank you!

Our house is located in the heart of midtown, walkable to Overton Park (running/bike trails, the Memphis Zoo, Levitt Shell, Brooks Museum, and golf course) and Overton Square (live music, great restaurants, a movie theater, and playhouses). The house itself has 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed, kitchen, a screened-in deck, and two living spaces perfect for relaxing and catching your favorite movie. Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime (including PBS Kids) are complimentary.

The entrance to the private backhouse is framed by a small porch with wooden steps leading up to a green door. A bistro table and two chairs are placed beside vibrant potted plants, inviting guests to relax in the outdoor space.
