Possibility to borrow a boat. 25-30 minutes by car to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgren's World and Bullerbyn. 35 minutes to Eksjö wooden town, about 12 km to Mariannelund. (nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), nearby with nice walking paths. Flea markets. Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

Sjöhagens Glamping at Gränna!

Welcome to the tranquillity of Sjöhagens Glamping, beside the crystal-clear waters of Lake Vättern! From Gränna you go 10 minutes north along the tourist road with miles of views of Lake Vättern, where you will find Sjöhagen and nature that almost resembles a rainforest without being far from civilization. A few meters down from the glamping tent there is Vättern that is illuminated by the sun in its special way. As early as the 19th century, the author Mark Twain drew attention to the sunsets over Lake Vättern in his novel A Tramp Abroad.

Cottage near Katthult

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here it is quiet and peaceful and you can enjoy fresh air, with nature close by. Within walking distance, you can reach Kalmar County's highest point with fantastic views. You live in a village cottage from the past, which has been completely in 2022. The accommodation is ideal for overnight stays, for two adults. Upstairs, the single beds are 90 x 200 cm. Extra sleeping space can be had on the sofa bed. The cottage is about 10 minutes' drive from Katthult. Electric car can be charged

House in Pelarne

Stay in our charming little retro gem of 78 sqm with a large garden right next to Pelarne church. 5 min to Bullerbyn. 10 min (10 km) to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. The house has two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and new bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Two double beds (one large, and one 140 cm wide) and one single bed (pull-out sofa in the dining room, for children or shorter adults). Guests clean themselves after their stay. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets.

Varmt Välkomna till Lilla huset i Kvill! Här bor ni naturnära mitt i det småländska kulturlandskapet -omgivna av ekhagar, ängar och bebyggelse från 1800-talet. Huset ligger ca 20 minuters bilresa från Vimmerby och Astrid Lindgrens värld samt i närheten av såväl Katthult som Bullerbyn. Nedanför backen hittar ni en fin liten badsjö och en kort promenad från huset ståtar den 1000-åriga Kvilleken. Några kilometer bort ligger den trolska nationalparken Norra Kvill, med fina vandringsmöjligheter.

Sehr ländlich und schön gelegene „sommarstuga“ mit eigenem Bereich auf unserem Hof, ca 22 min von Katthult entfernt. Umgeben von Wald und Wiesen, kann man hier wunderbar ausspannen! Das Häuschen ist mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile, Außendusche mit Warmwasser und einer Trockentoilette direkt im Anschluss zum Häuschen ausgerüstet. Bequemes 160er Bett, TV, Wifi und Esstisch drinnen und draußen. Handtücher & Bettwäsche sind inbegriffen. Es leben Pferde, Hühner und ein Hund auf dem Hof.

By car you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 10 minutes and within walking distance of 1km is the popular Tobo Golf Club with food service. Private beach with grass 50 meters from the house and shallow sandy beach 1 km away. Discover the lovely viewpoint next to the knot, take a jog on the running track or a swim in the lake. This is the place to relax after an intense day with all the lovely characters at Pippiland.

The Skuru farm is close to Katth Katthult and here you rent your own house on the farm. 25-minute drive to Astrid Lindgren's World Perfect for guests looking for a peaceful and pleasant holiday in the countryside. In 2020, we renovated the kitchen, entrance hall and laundry room and also built a brand new bathroom on the ground floor. There is proximity to the lake with boat and swimming. Warm welcome!

The farmhouse in Mariannelund

Welcome to Drängstugan! A charming, tastefully renovated house with a lot of space, in the middle of the Småland forest, 7 km from Mariannelund. Similar to the farmhouse Emil's friend Alfred lived in, but much more modern inside 😁 It is a large leafy plot that is shared with the host's house. Nice to just enjoy the house, sit by the patio or walk in the forest. A bit away along the gravel road, you have magnificent views.
