Heated pool and outdoor shower in summer, hot tub that is open all year round. The sea is only 200 metres away and can be seen from the patio. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace for cold days. Pleasant surroundings for walks. Certain rules and cleaning need to be followed to use the hot tub. We offer late check-out at 1 pm. In summer, weeks 25-32, book for at least 2 days.

The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
