Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles to borrow if you want to discover the surroundings. Perfect house for the smaller company who wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio. The plot where the house is located is in connection to a marina where a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat is located. Cliffs and beach baths close by. The house is in new condition and fully equipped. Oxelösund is an amazing archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good transport links with highway all the way to oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
