In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Close to Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Cotswolds, SoHo Farmhouse , Kirtlington Park, Oxfordshire Way, Diddly Squat Farm, and Bicester Village. We have a great local pub, The Oxford Arms and a very popular Indian restaurant at Dashwood by Aziz, with other eateries a short drive away. Fabulous walking area. Our beautiful, very spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives. We have 4 large double bedrooms, spacious living spaces and parking for 2 small/medium cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.
