It is located about 3 min to the hospital district, 8 min to Battlefield Mall, 12 min to Bass Pro WW,15 min to downtown. Parents will love the split bedroom floor plan with a bonus room for the kids where they can enjoy themselves and parents can enjoy peace and quiet. There is a fenced backyard with a gas grill, a deck, and beautiful shade trees with room to play.

If you're a runner or a cyclist, this house is located right off the South Creek Greenway. Minutes from downtown, MSU, both hospitals, and Bass Pro.
