The high white stone steps of the Majella lead into the house: the mountain setting is welcoming, preserved in its vintage style. The house is spread across 3 levels and on the first we find the living area and the dining room with a smart TV for the most demanding. On the two upper floors, there are three bedrooms, a balcony with a view, two bathrooms, and the comfort of Wi-Fi and smart TV.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

In the heart of one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, just steps from the castle, awaits a holiday home where time seems to slow down. Centrally located, the house spans two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright, stylish living area with a living room, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and microwave, and a bathroom. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with TV and a second bathroom — perfect for a peaceful, lovely stay.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
