“This is an AirBnb you will absolute want to book. Every single detail you could want or think to put into a place Kevin and Vicky did. A book full of tips, suggestions, and reviews of different places around town. The perfect location to access those places as well as a perfect cottage to retreat to after the long day. I loved reading why other people had come to the cottage with the journal left for guests to write in. The place itself was spotless and stocked full of all the things that make you feel at home. I really couldn’t of wanted more or had a better time staying at this AirBnb. Thank you guys again so much!”

“Larry’s place is AMAZING! I decided to book this place for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was just the kind of thing we needed. The room is located towards the back of the property, but don’t worry about having to go through a complicated way of getting there, there is a conveniently located private entrance that takes you straight to the room. Upon arrival, Larry was there to greet us and show us to the room and gave us a quick tour of the whole thing to help make our stay as easy as possible. The whole space is super private and quiet, so you won’t have to worry about any noisy neighbors or anybody interrupting your quality time with your significant other. The room came complete with a Bluetooth speaker, a white noise machine (for those who need some Background noise to fall asleep with), a small kitchenette (complete with a coffee machine, microwave, and complimentary wine and water), and ample closet space for all your storage needs. One cool thing is that Larry also has books that you can read and a few board games that you can play! The bathroom was also a really great addition and it was super clean! It even comes with a towel heater! Larry does this thing where if you stay a few nights, he throws in some passes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium which is a MUST SEE if you’re going to be in the area. Larry goes above and beyond for his guests. I asked him to put some roses in the room as a surprise for my girlfriend and he did it and to my surprise did not seek any payment for them. I definitely suggest staying with Larry!”

“This little cottage was just right for a short winter stay in Pacific Grove. Easily walkable to great restaurants, the movie theater, and just a little further, the Monterey Aquarium . The cottage is bright, cheery and comfortable. I would like to come back i the summer to enjoy more of what Pacific Grove has to offer.”
