unique pied-à-terre in surry hills

My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. My apartment is decorated with an eclectic mix of designer furnishings and collected treasures to create a tranquil, luxurious sanctuary. The famous Bourke St bakery and Bill's Cafe are in the immediate vicinity as are Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina gelato and the delicious Crown St Organic Cafe. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.

Central fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment (ground floor), fully equipped kitchen and own courtyard in a terrace house. We live upstairs. Private secure entrance. Check in 2pm -6pm! Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. This charming 2 bedroom light-filled Paddington terrace is brilliantly located in the best suburb in Sydney. In less than 5 minutes, you can walk to Oxford Street’s best restaurants, pubs, cafes and the famous Paddington markets and Centennial Park. Bathed in natural light with new interiors, you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The house is a smaller style terrace and the stairs are steeper than modern homes and can sometimes be an issue for young children or elderly guests.

A beautiful and classic 1890's light filled terrace house situated in the Paris end of William Street in the heart of Paddington. Used as a salon for bespoke Wedding Dresses when not occupied by the owner, whose travel means that this amazing and unique space can be shared with the world.
