Holiday rentals in Pagosa Springs

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a beautiful place with an even more spectacular view (pictures do not do the view justice!). Great place, great host, would definitely stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is very nice, and the views from the back patio are unmatched. The pictures don’t do it justice. The river is right behind the house making it a dreamy location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean, open and spacious. The only critique we had is that the living room set up makes it tough to gather around the tv. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway, and it didn’t stop us from squeezing in and watching tv before bed. There is a great loft space as well with gorgeous views. It’s the perfect location between the town of Pagosa and wolf creek ski lodge. Linda is very communicative, quick to respond, and the most thorough host I have ever worked with. I would book here again without reservation. It’s a gorgeous house with everything you could ever need and more! It’s better than the pictures!!

Great home, open concept and beautiful windows that showed the beauty of outside. Inviting space, cozy, clean, great location.

We took a big group to Antler Mountain and it was the perfect place for us! Everyone had their own bathroom, which was especially nice! The home and the surroundings were very beautiful! The home does not have central heat, and we got very cold the first night, but once our host was able to send someone to fix the gas stove that had not been working, we were very comfortable!

Nice relaxing mountain getaway! Enjoyed sipping our morning coffee while watching the wildlife.

Great, well stocked, easy to enjoy place! Sleep number bed and shower pressure were awesome. We enjoyed the comfortable couch, convenient downstairs half bath, large living room smart TV, the spacious patio, and convenience to town and Wolf Creek Ski Area. Instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s place! The home was super clean and looked just like the pictures. The views of the pond and watching the airplanes land at the airport were such a cool bonus. Julia was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The fireplace made the space extra cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like a list of recommended restaurants, board games, and puzzles. The bathrooms were spotless, and while the beds weren’t the most comfortable, they were totally fine for a short stay. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the nearby hot springs—such a great experience! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. Thanks, Julia!

Awesome place! Plenty of room! Only drawback we had was only (2) tvs in whole house (upstairs common room & common room beside the master). Not a huge issue we actually probably got more family time in since there wasn’t TVs in every room! But it’s worth noting!
