Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pai District

I stayed here for a week with my partner and 3 year old and we absolutely loved it. The house was beautiful and clean and the garden was the best part for us. It felt very private and our son loved playing in nature every day. The location was great as very close to all the restaurants and shops. Also the host was very responsive and helpful. We will definetely book again if we’re in Pai.

Fantastic place to stay in Pai. Just outside the town, walkable and great access if you have scooters. The outdoor living area is loads of fun

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute drive from town, yet nestled in a peaceful and scenic area away from the crowds. The surroundings are serene, making it a great place to relax and unwind. Meta, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. A huge bonus was the fast and reliable WiFi, consistently over 50Mbps, which easily supported two remote workers without any issues. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with excellent connectivity while still being close to Pai’s main attractions, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Me and my friend loved our stay here - the location is beautiful - so peaceful - a short walk out of the centre of Pai so feels very calm. The hut was super spacious - loved the big bathroom! The pictures on here don’t do it justice in my opinion. The host was also extremely helpful, organising and booking taxis for me and my friend to attractions around Pai. Definitely recommend staying here!

מקום מדהים! הייתה לי חוויה מדהימה כאן! נשארתי כאן קרוב לחודש ואני אחזור בעתיד. הבית קצת רחוק מהמרכז (7 ק״מ) אבל לדעתי זה שווה את זה בגלל המיקום השקט, מלא בטבע ושקט. Apichart תמיד היה זמין ונתן מענה לכל בקשה או שאלה שהייתה לי. תודה רבה! אחזור לכאן בעתיד 🙏🏼

I was lucky to have enjoyed the Mushroom House for two months, and I was sad to leave. Both host and associated family were wonderful , friendly and accommodating, and I will miss them. The house itself is qwerky, comfortable and private. If you are looking for something different then make sure you book it.

We had an amazing stay here. The host Michael was very friendly and gave us tips on where we might want to visit. The restaurant there is run by the Chef JC who cooked us the most amazing food. Absolutely recommend. Beautiful area, amazing host, incredible chef.

I really, really enjoyed my stay here. I was here for one month and really appreciated the privacy and distance from town, as town was really busy and quite loud. This was a beautiful spot for painting and meditation. There is a small kitchen which was easy to make breakfast, tea and coffee, but there is a cafe on the property that I recommend going to while you are there. The food is amazing and the coffee was my favorite in all of Pai. The hosts are both lovely, kind, and funny! They were very helpful and generally just nice to be around. Job’s art is really cool and it’s an amazing experience to be in a space so thoughtfully created by an artist. The house was so nice and a great size, and the garden is lovely to sit in. I really recommend this place!
