The house has sleeping accommodations for up to 9 people. You have a kitchen for cooking, a spacious living room and three bedrooms. Plus, you'll have a large yard at your disposal. The traditional wood-fired sauna offers relaxing steam, and after the sauna you can dive straight into the clear waters of Lake Päijänne.

Enjoy sun from morning to evening with lake views. The villa has two wood-fired saunas, large terraces, and three separate bedrooms. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

Alueella myös kaksi tenniskenttää vieraiden käytössä, huom. omat mailat ja pallot mukaan. Lapsille rannalla keinuja. Käytössäsi on kaksi aikuisten polkupyörää sekä soutuvene.

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

In the summer, 300 meters to a sandy beach. The parking space is located in a multi-storey car park, which is just a 10-metre walk from the flat.

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

The property features two large furnished terraces and a spacious, fully fenced garden. The rear terrace offers a wood-fired hot tub for up to eight people, and the garden sauna is also available free of charge during your stay. Guests can also enjoy the Work Relax massage chair located upstairs at no extra cost. The house is conveniently located with excellent transport connections. An additional sleeping space is available in the sauna cabin for €25 per night.
