The air-conditioned apartment, classified 4 stars furnished tourist , is located on the 2nd floor of a 1920s mansion within a wooded park of 7000m2. The accommodation includes a bedroom of 25m2 , one of 12m2, a living room of 25m2 , a kitchen of 15m2 as well as a bathroom of 12m2. Access is available to the park and the private heated swimming pool, as well as to the outdoor facilities (games, kitchen, BBQ, pétanque, deckchairs, etc.) Bike rides are possible (see other information )

Entire independent one-room apartment-type accommodation of 35 m2 upstairs, not accessible to people with reduced mobility located in the heart of the green site of " Bassin Rond" in ESTRUN close to the major highways of Cambrai, Paris, Valenciennes, Brussels. Bike loan available to discover the site. Close to a body of water and a sailing school. Close to an equestrian center visible from the Velux windows. Walking and jogging route, safely along the Scheldt and the Sensée canals.

Spacious, bright and modern accommodation

Capacity for 5 people. - On the ground floor, the living area is 63 m². It includes an open-plan kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is also a lounge area with a TV and stereo system, and a wood-burning fireplace. There is a separate toilet. - Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Outside, there is a paved terrace.

At the confluence of the Scheldt and the Sensée, our accommodation is located opposite the Bassin-Rond body of water, close to the Nautical Base. Our comfortable cottage will allow you to find yourself in an oxygen bubble between greenery and water. The colorful decor is industrial. You can walk along the canals, on foot or by bike, take advantage of the offers of the Nautical Base and visit our beautiful region thanks to the proximity of major roads (A2, Nat. Cambrai-Valenciennes).

In an exceptional setting, discover our gîte l'Hortense. Totally renovated with harmony in a chic and refined atmosphere, this old building has kept all its soul. Located in a beautiful green setting, it has been designed so that you can find all the comforts you need to spend a very pleasant time there.
