Istrian Embrace - Villa Carla Istrian House

Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Apartment Hiska, Center, Old Town

The apartment is located in the city centre, in an idyllic, quiet, area. A fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom are on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor with one bedroom with a double bed, one open space room with two single beds and a bathroom. In the case of the long-term rental, the expenses for heating, electricity, water, waste and internet are charged separately. NOTE: city tourist tax is not included in the rental price (3.13 euros per person per night).

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The Riverside Home

Our home is empty most of the year as we moved abroad. After our own positive guest experiences, we decided to share our home with other travel enthusiast. We renovated and adapted the rooms for guests and hope you will enjoy the atmosphere and excellent location. The apartment is in a very old building on the 1st floor (w/o elevator) in the old town directly on the riverbank. It has a beautiful view of the river and in the winter of the castle when the trees are w/o leaves.

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.
