The SOLEMARE apartment has been renovated for this season, taking into account the suggestions of our beloved guests, from soundproofing to sleep and comfort! The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a small condominium, overlooking a large garden, and has a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a large living room with a kitchen! SOLEMARE is located on a quiet street at the beginning of the village, a 7-minute walk from the main beaches of the village and the center! You will feel at home 😊

Typical house with independent entrance near the beaches. Bus stop 20 meters from the house. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, evening markets, parties in the square, and boarding for the islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena. Skylight bedroom, not equipped with outdoor spaces, no one prohibits hanging out in the street, the inhabitants of the street love to sit outside the door of the house to chat on summer evenings, we find all this very characteristic! Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

You leave the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JULY and AUGUST, a reservation of at least 2 consecutive weeks is required. Extra sheets and towels are provided, only upon request (30 euros/person/week). N.B. The ACCOMMODATION TAX is due.

Il centro e la spiaggia sono a due passi: se vieni qui ti dimenticherai la macchina per qualche giorno!

It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.
