A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is plenty of land around the old, renovated clay houses. There is no shortage of space here. Over 100 fruit and walnut trees. Native animals such as 30 Zackel sheep, goats, our cows, geese, ducks, chickens...

Modern tetőtéri lakás egy műemlék házban Pécs belvárosában. Pár perc séta a fontos látnivalóktól és a világörökségi helyszínektől. Abszolút központi elhelyezkedés, szuper éttermek, reggeliző helyek a közelben. Nem kell taxi:) Ingyenes parkolás 100 méterre. Wifi, smart tv, mosógép, légkondi. Felszerelt konyha: kávéfőző, vízforraló, mosogatógép, indukciós főzőlap, mikró, alapvető eszközök. Kávé, tea, olaj, fűszerek. Világos lakás sok zöld növénnyel.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

The Romeo & Juliet Cottage

Het wijnhuis is gelegen in een rustige zijstraat tussen andere wijnhuizen maar het ” centrum ” van het dorp is op loopafstand dus alles heerlijk dicht in de buurt. Er is een gezellige woonkamer met een echt Hongaarse tegelkachel. Vanuit de wookamer komt men in een ruime keuken en een ruime seperate badkamer. De lange wijnkelder ( 25 meter diep) heeft de ingang vanuit de woonkamer.
