It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

The house is located very close to restaurants, supermarkets, beach and transportation. The house has a garden and a beautiful landscape. It also has an equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and hot water. There are two cable TVs and WiFi. It also has parking and a guard inside the property.
