In the space, you will have a large patio to spend time outdoors enjoying a spectacular view. You'll be close to restaurants, bars, tourist spots, and Spanish schools. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.

El Níspero II is a 2-story apartment located in the same cabin, which contains two apartments. This property is located in downtown Panajachel. The cabin is at the foot of a mountain and is surrounded by a forest which fosters an atmosphere of peace, comfort and nature. The apartment on the first level has an equipped kitchen and dining area, and on the second level is the bedroom and private bathroom. All areas are private!
